The winter cabin at Willowlake Cottages provided us with the perfect escape. The view from the cabin was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the peace and quiet of being surrounded by nature. The spa bath was a luxurious touch, allowing us to relax and unwind. It was refreshing to be disconnected from the outside world without telephone or internet reception. The comfortable and high-quality bedding ensured a good night's sleep. We also liked being able to play music through the television.
One minor issue we encountered was with the mattress, which seemed a bit old. We found ourselves sliding into divots during the night, resulting in some back soreness in the morning.

Nestled amidst serene valleys, this property offered spectacular mountain views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. The attention to detail in the cottage was impressive. From a cozy bed to a well-stocked fireplace, the stay was comfortable and cozy. The hosts were hospitable and made us feel welcome.
The remoteness of the property and distance from nearby restaurants made it challenging to plan meals. Although the kitchen was well-equipped, the lack of dining options nearby was inconvenient.

Nestled in the tranquil beauty of nature- near the lake and surrounded by wildlife, this hotel may lack a restaurant but what it lacks in amenities, it makes up for in hospitality. the comfortable wooden cottages come with fireplaces and everything you need for a cozy stay, including a spa and a kitchen for preparing meals. the friendly hosts go above and beyond, as they take care of all your needs and even provide you with kayaks for a fun afternoon on the lake. Explore the area for scenic views and unwind in the serene atmosphere.
The hotel could benefit from upgrading its minor maintenance issues, such as fixing the fly screen door.

The location was absolutely stunning with amazing views of the surrounding mountains and lake. We were able to feed the birds which was a magical experience and made our stay even more special. the cottage was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The lack of internet reception was a bit of a downside for me as I needed to stay connected for work purposes. my partner who had a different phone provider had no issues with connectivity.
